Shipping Questions -
Where do you ship from?
We mainly ship from either Massachusetts or New York. An order may be divided and shipped from multiple locations based on availability of stock.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most international destinations. There are two options for shipping: you may have us ship your item directly or you may use Bongo to obtain a US shipping address through them. International shipping by us is flat rate through USPS.
What format are your DVDs?
All DVDs are region free and NTSC format unless otherwise noted.
What shipping methods do you use? How long do they take?
We ship by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by FedEx.
USPS options:
First Class Mail (Free standard shipping) - 3-5 days
Priority Mail - average of 3 days
Express Mail - 1-2 days
FedEx options:
Ground - 2-7 days
Express Saver - 3 days
2 Day - 2 days
Overnight - 1 day
International USPS:
First Class International - 10-14 days, may take up to 30 days
Priority Mail International - 6-14 days, may take up to 30 days
Express Mail International - 5-10 days, may take longer

If you have received a tracking number, it means that your item was mailed. USPS tracking is not always updated.
