Returns and Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges:

 We will accept returns of unopened items for a refund or credit for 45 days from the date of purchase.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  If you order was originally shipped with free ground shipping, a $2.50 fee will be deducted from the return to cover original shipping costs. All returns must be in their original unopened condition. We cannot accept returns of opened products due to copyrights.

If you believe a product that you received is defective or damaged, you may return it for an exchange. Products are exchanged for the same item only. Before claiming that an item is defective, please ensure that you have verified an item is truly defective on multiple hardware devices. We have had very few truly defective items. In most cases, it was a problem with the customers hardware.

You must obtain a return authorization and instructions prior to returning or exchanging an item. If you have not done so, any return will be refused and returned to you. Please send us a message using the contact us link.
